Dr. Andrea Shore has practiced in multidisciplinary sport settings since graduating from the
Canadian Chiropractic College in 2013.
During the time since graduation, she has come to
learn the importance of integrating movement based rehabilitation with manual care. She also
believes that education is key when it comes to rehabilitating from an injury and returning to
activity and she thrives seeing her patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
She enjoys
working on all areas of the body and patients from all walks of life and especially with those
patients who are genuinely interested in getting to the root cause of their pain or dysfunction
and being an active participant in making lasting improvements to their health.
Dr. Andrea knows that no two patients are the same and so her treatment plans are designed
for each individual and their health goals. She integrates passive care such as myofascial
release, Graston and spinal manipulation with the proper active rehabilitation and Dynamic
Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) to achieve the best results possible!

Ross graduated from OVCMT in Vernon in 2024. During his previous career as a bricklayer, massage therapy and therapeutic exercise served a huge role in maintaining his physical wellbeing in a high demand job. Through his personal experience with the benefits of massage therapy, he developed a strong belief in a proactive approach to treating various levels of dysfunction. By completing a thorough assessment and assigning specific exercises based on client needs, his goal is to address the root cause of dysfunction before it becomes a larger issue. With his previous experience as a practitioner being in a spa environment, he also understands the value of simply decompressing with a treatment aimed at relaxation, and is happy to meet each client where they are.
In Ross’s free time he enjoys spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking and snowboarding, as well as bouldering at the local climbing gyms.

Jeff is a 2017 graduate from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, following graduation Jeff moved from Kelowna to Coquitlam B.C. to start his career as a Registered Massage Therapist. In Coquitlam, Jeff joined a team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Kinesiologists where he learned the importance of an integrated healthcare team, constantly collaborating with other professions to keep an open-mind and learning new techniques to go from injury or discomfort back to a healthy, active state.
Jeff was immediately fascinated by active approaches to soft-tissue release and myofascial techniques due to the universal results found from treating all levels of athletes, healthcare professionals, students, office workers and more. Jeff understands that different people need different approaches to their treatments and there is no such thing as a cookie cutter treatment plan for any injury or dysfunction. Throughout Jeff’s personal life he has faced many injuries through the sports of Powerlifting and downhill mountain biking. This included concussions, multiple arm fractures, ligament tears and ruptures, etc. This means Jeff can relate to the frustrations of injury and recovery when it comes to sports and life.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff can be found powerlifting, mountain biking through the many mountains that Kelowna and British Columbia have to offer, or out walking his dog, Porter!
